    New-build apartments in Lviv directly from the developer

    Resident Development is a Lviv-based residential developer founded in 2016. We design, build and deliver residential complexes in Lviv, Ukraine — from comfort-class neighbourhoods to business-class and club-style buildings — and we sell apartments directly, without intermediaries.

    Complexes under construction

    Our current projects are in three districts of Lviv: Resident State, Five Address, N69 Residents and Premium Residents in Sykhivskyi district; Holosko Residents and Lennona Residents in Shevchenkivskyi district; and Orlan Residents in Lychakivskyi district, near the historic centre. Each complex has its own concept, from private courtyards and designer lobbies to residents’ clubs and underground parking.

    Completed projects and abandoned buildings we finish

    We have already delivered Sadova Resident, Resident Hall and R2 Residence. We have also taken responsibility for completing three abandoned complexes left unfinished by other developers — Lazur Sky, Deluxe 2 and Nove Zhyttia. In 2025, LUN named Resident Development among its top 20 developers by apartments delivered in 2024.

    Browse available apartments in the apartment catalogue or on the page of each complex, and contact our sales office in Lviv. Developer installment plans are available, and apartment prices depend on the construction stage — buying earlier usually means a lower price per square metre. If you are buying from abroad, our sales office can answer your questions by phone or messenger.
