We have proven experience in end-to-end real estate management: concept creation, design, construction and operation of residential buildings and schools. We are actively building 5 residential complexes and working on a new business-class project, Resident State. We have taken responsibility for completing the abandoned complexes Lazur Sky, Deluxe 2 and Nove Zhyttia.

2023-2024

We begin construction of the business-class complexes Holosko Residents and Lennona Residents, and work on a school on Heroiv Krut Street. At the end of 2024 we launch sales at Orlan Residents.

2021-2022

At the end of 2021 we deliver Resident Hall and continue active construction of R2 Residence. We focus on business-class buildings and launch sales and construction of Five Address and N69 Residents.

2019-2021

The company grows in real estate: we launch sales and construction of two projects at once — Resident Hall and R2 Residence.

2017-2019

Sales at Sadova Resident while developing future projects. We were honoured to represent Lviv at the MIPIM 2018 investment forum in Cannes. Phase I of Sadova Resident was completed and put into operation.

2016-2017

The company enters the real estate market and starts construction of Sadova Resident at 2a Sadova Street.
